Relevant policy intervention can be implemented by different levels of government. You can filter policy intervention along the following five lines:

Interventions implemented by a national government (ministry or national regulatory agency, where relevant).
Interventions implemented by a sub-national public body (including states, provinces, regions, cities).
Interventions implemented by a supranational public body or jointly as part of a customs union.
Interventions implemented by a national financial institution that is not part of the national executive or legislative arms of government.
Interventions implemented by an international financial institution that is not part of a supranational executive.
